Wiley Edge Recruitment/Selection Process 2023:

To secure your place, you will need to pass our online assessment and interview process; here is how it works:  
Step 0:
 Screening. Your profile will be screened with respect to the roles available and applied and in case there is a match then you will be contacted (Call/SMS/Whatsapp/email) for further processes.


Step 1:
 Online Assessment. You’ll receive a link from our assessment platform. The link will give you access to our assessments plus tips and guidance on how to complete them. 


Step 2:
 Group Discussion or Technical Interview via Microsoft Teams/Zoom etc.. Once you have successfully cleared the Assessments, we will schedule a 20–30-minute interview. 


Step 3:
 Automated Video Interview. If you pass steps 1 & 2, you will be invited for Step 3 which will be an automated video assessment round.


Step 4:
 HR Interview. If you pass steps 1 – 3, you will be invited for Step 4 which will be an HR interview. Post clearing the HR interview, you need to submit all your required documents to proceed further.


Step 5:
 Vetted Pool. You are now in the Wiley Edge Candidate Pool which means we can begin to consider you for upcoming training cohorts and opportunities with our global-leading partners. Being in the Candidate Pool does not guarantee you a spot in one of our programs but is a very good step toward it!
