Short Description
To manage the Global launch of EV bikes along with domestic launch
Key Responsibilities
Product Development and Quality Check
- Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders for quality checks and product development.
- Coordinate with Plant and Quality teams on resolution of technical issues.
Training
- Coordinate and organize training for assembly, product maintenance/ repairs, OTA uploads etc.
Establish Country Specific Service Eco System
- Gather country specific information on usages conditions, competition benchmarking, service infrastructure/ facility
- Define country specific after sales architecture, processes and norms.
Warranty Process Set-up
- Develop App based solutions, and warranty/ other claims processes.
