Excellent Communication Skills.
Update existing tests/Create new tests in the automation test suite using Selenium/UFT/TOSCA.
Open to work in 24/7 Shifts mandatory.
- monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. replace parts as required.
- Work with technical and development team and provide technical support to the clients with minor changes in application and Systems.
